Bayloy^®. The Colored Plastic Sheets.

Bayloy^® are opaque, exceptionnally robust sheets based on high-quality raw materials. Beside easy processing and convincing product properties Bayloy^® offers a big variety of colours. A constantly high quality is assured by an overall quality management and by the certified production processes according to DIN ISO 9001. An extra on reliability: the re-integration of raw materials in Bayer, a worldwide leading producer of technical thermoplastics.

Availibilty:

Bayloy^® is available on request in different colours and with special surface finishings.  

Types of Sheet:

• Bayloy^® R10 (PC)
  That special plus: applicable in a wide range of temperatures. The sheets are suitable for vacuum formed parts for material containers and pallets, all types of vehicle trim, industrial paneling and street furniture.
   
• Bayloy^® 10 (PC)
  That special plus: good fire behaviour. Is particularly suited for bumpers, bonnets or roofs of commercial vehicles as well as for seats or interior parts in public transportation.
• Bayloy^® 21 (PC blend)
  That special plus: pre-drying is not necessary. Is particularly suited for cladding and doorpanels.
  
  
• Bayloy^® 50 (PETG)
  That special plus: pre-drying is not necessary, food compatible. Is particularly suited for food handling and storage.
